Refund Policy – Purelyf

At Purelyf, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective item, we are here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Personal care products
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Refunds

After checking the returned product, we will:

  • Approve or reject your refund
  • Refund will be processed to your bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (based on your choice)

Refunds may take 5–7 working days after approval.

Exchanges

If you want an exchange, we can replace your product with the same item or another item of the same value.
